I'm all settled guys, thanks for all the help getting my stuff up here.

Had my first set of classes today, mostly orientation based introductions and getting to know my classmates. I now have a booklist as long as my arm T^T
This wasn't what I expected but i guess there had to be SOME actual study involved.

Lets see, I need to read:

Grand Livre de Cuisine – Ducasse, Alaine
Le Cordon Bleu’s Compete Cooking Techniques – Wright, Jeni
Hashi: Cookery Course – Hashimoto, Reiko
Patisserie: Mastering the Fundamentals of French Pastry - Felder, Christophe
The Art of French Pastry - Pfeiffer, Jacquy
Patisserie at Home – Torrent, Will
The Flavor Bible – Page, Karen and Dornenburg, Andrew
Tokyo Cult – Murota, Maori

And that's just for the first term. I'm going to be doing more reading than cooking at this rate.
I need to go book shopping...
