Absolutely. Have you been able to get settled at all or are things still up in the air?

Yup, I'm all settled in now. It's all been kinda crazy because I'm starting term a little late (don't even ask why, you dont want to know)
I'm glad to actually be able to relax a bit now (=o=;)

Will do. How did you get into cooking Tachibana-kun?

I've been cooking my whole life. My gran taught me when I was very young and we were still living in Kyushu. She believed that it was important that a man learn how to cook so that I wouldn't a deadbeat husband. She is a more... progressive woman, if you will. These days I would expect any man to contribute to the household, but I suppose that isn't typical of our society even today. But, that is why.

I do remember your sweet tooth. Is that why you have gone into baking?

She sounds pretty cool, she must by why you're so reliable now eh Tachibana?

And kind of. I started baking for tennis originally. Trying to figure out how to get the best glucose intake and of course they turned out perfectly. I had a talent for it.
But it took me ages to figure out that I could actually make a career out of it.

Ha! It's either that or my inflated sense of personal responsibility. Especially after what happened with Senr It's hard to say.

That makes perfect sense to me. Often we don't believe that our passions or hobbies can possibly equal our future, but if we open ourselves up to it, there are greater possibilities than it seems. I'm glad that you were able to come to that realization.

Speaking of, what are you doing at the moment Tachibana?
I mean are you studying, are you working?

I'm studying at Toudai and I'm on the tennis team. I'm studying entrepreneurship and business. I have a few business ideas that I'd like to pursue, so I thought that would be a safe choice to try different things.

Ohhh, thats cool.
Also let me know if you ever want a match. There aren't any sports teams at Hattori because we're so specialized, I've had to go hunting the street tennis courts.
No good competition so far.

That sounds great. I've been playing everything from singles, to doubles, to mixed, so I'm game for anything. I'm sure I could wrangle some people together to play with us.
